The  location is in Newton, NJ in rural Sussex County, just 2 miles from the Sussex County Fairgrounds. The farm is 250+ acres and has two barns.

Top Brass Farm is the home of James Fairclough. Jim is an international FEI four-in hand driver. The farm has been in operation since 1982 and is a top boarding, training, showing, and sales facility.
